We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Representative to join our team in the ERP technology sector. As the Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new prospects for our professional services with the IBM and Oracle JDE segments. This position is ideal for someone with 1-5 years of sales experience who is eager to learn and grow with a rapidly expanding company. 


Position Overview & Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: At Briteskies, everybody is involved in prospecting and lead generation. While not a primary focus of this role, you will actively work to identify and qualify new prospects within the ERP technology sector. You will leverage various channels including marketing campaigns, phone calls, email campaigns, networking events, and social media to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of opportunities. 

Solution Selling: As leads are identified, you will engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and pain points. You will then position our professional services as tailored solutions to address their needs, effectively articulating the value proposition and differentiators of our service offerings. 

Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospects is essential for success in this role. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT managers, and decision-makers, to understand their strategic objectives and foster trust and credibility in our services. 

Collaboration and Learning: While this role is primarily focused on new business development, you will also collaborate closely with our existing sales and delivery teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our services and capabilities. This collaborative approach will enable you to provide informed recommendations to prospects and effectively address their requirements. 

Sales Strategy and Planning: Developing and executing strategic sales plans will be critical to achieving your targets. You will analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored approaches to penetrate new markets and verticals. 

Qualifications:

  • Strong desire to learn and grow, both in sales experience and the ERP space.  
  • Ability to demonstrate alignment with Briteskies core values.  
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles within the IT industry, preferably in a B2B environment. 
  • Ability to work in a tech-heavy environment, including Office 365, Teams, HubSpot, Microsoft desktop applications, and others. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service. 
  • Willing to travel (limited). 

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, marketing, and/or communications or equivalent work experience  
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within professional services in the Tech industry. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
