How many hours per month do I need to buy?

We strongly recommend a 20-hour minimum. Hours can be used for technical, admin, and security support. 

What happens to unused hours at the end of the month?

Like the old cell phone plans, unused hours rollover for up to 3 months before they expire. 

What if there’s an issue?

We provide an SLA based on the agreement and the severity of the issue. We provide consistent and scheduled updates until the issue is resolved. 

Who is my primary contact?

Regularly scheduled meetings with your assigned project manager provide an opportunity to stay connected with the team,  review activities, and support needs.

How are the contracts structured?
