Are you interested in working part-time, virtually, with a flexible schedule? This exciting Business Analyst position is a key role in our eCommerce project team to support client expectations, developer workload, and project timelines. Based on your interest, this role could evolve into a full-time role.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively communicating and collaborating with customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements, and delivering full functional documentation for eCommerce sites
- Collaboration with developers, project managers, and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
- Reviewing existing processes and making recommendations for improvements that will enhance efficiency, improve data visibility, and improve the collaborative process
- The ability to effectively support multiple medium-sized eCommerce projects or individual large-sized eCommerce projects
Candidate should have:
- A self-starter mindset with strong business judgment who can initiate action and follow through with well-defined solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse and experienced group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience leading team-based activities and group projects
- A Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, or related degree
- 3+ years of eCommerce or related experience
