The IBM i family offers a secure platform capable of running thousands of the world’s most popular business applications—all on a single, highly integrated, powerful system. It has long been recognized for delivering business value through innovations and programs that reflect industry-leading technologies and practices. The integrated design of IBM i, previously known as iSeries and AS/400, helps our customers reduce cost and spur productivity to enable more investment in business growth and less in managing IT.
As a Premier IBM Business Partner, we are committed to the principle that IBM i systems should offer growth options to help our customers. We offer IBM i solutions to suit organizations of almost any size, from small businesses to large enterprises. We create solutions that help extend and add value to all applications, regardless of their underlying programming language.
- RPG and Software Development – We help our customers with RPG-based systems, customizations and integrations. From RPG II through RPG Free Format, we have the technical expertise to help get your project done.
- IBM i Operating Systems Upgrades – Think about how far the IBM I operating system has come from its start as AS/400 in 1988 to OS/400 to i5/OS and now to the IBM i. There have been many versions over the years and making the move from one to the next needs to be carefully considered. We still enjoy the process and help our clients upgrade their OS regularly.
- IBM i Security Assessments – While most IT shops are taking IT Security very seriously for their entire network, we find these same IT shops are pretty lax on IBM i-based IT. Our Security Assessment will determine how secure your IBM i really is.
- IBM i EDI Solutions – IBM i and EDI are a natural combination and we have the technical expertise to keep your EDI data flowing with your customers and vendors
Growth is typically a goal for all of our customers. Whether they are located locally in Northeastern Ohio or throughout the nation, we are able to help our customers reach their goals and execute growth plans by accelerating the development and deployment of new applications to help enable smarter business solutions with faster turn-around, all through the use of IBM i. We are determined to foster the growth of new, innovative solutions for our IBM i customers.
While the current name is IBM i, many of our clients still refer to and recognize iSeries products ranging from the AS/400 to the Power i system. So, while we know that IBM i is the most up-to-date name for the system, we will still occasionally be using AS/400 and iSeries so as not to alienate those more familiar with those terms.
