What We Do

We’ll observe your month-end process to learn what is being done, and more importantly, why it is being done. We’ll spend several days with your team to gain a good understanding of your systems, processes and interfaces. When our review is complete, we’ll compile our findings into a document describing the areas for improvement we found, and our recommendations for improving the process. We’ll prioritize these recommendations and provide you with an idea of the work effort required to implement these changes. Finally, we’ll review this list with you and your team so that you have a clear understanding of our recommendations.

What Do You Need To Do?

You and your team need to do very little, actually, because we try to make this as simple as possible. We’ll need access to your office and your team, but will not need direct access to your system. Our review focuses on process, not system configuration, so we won’t be concentrating on versions, processing options, or other system settings during the review. We’ll do our best to minimize interruptions so we don’t impact your close.

What Do You Get From This?

Our main deliverable to you is our documented findings and recommendations. This document describes what we observed, and details our recommendations for improvements. We’ll meet with you and your team to review this document in as much detail as needed. We will also help you prioritize everything so that you tackle the most critical items first.

How Much Does This Cost?

We have fine tuned our process to accomplish this review, so we are able to provide this project for a simple fee of $3,750.
