Senior Microsoft Network Administrator / Architect

Preferred Technical Skills:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the architecting and support of Microsoft-based environments. Since this position will provide server and network administration, overall computer environment maintenance, and user support, we are seeking individuals with the following technical experience: Microsoft Windows Server 2000/2003, MS Exchange, IIS configuration, MS SQL Server, WINS/DNS/DHCP, Active Directory, LDAP,TCP/IP management, and experience with firewall products by Watchguard and Cisco.

Additionally the ideal candidate should have some experience or a background using web development tools such as Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET and MS SQL Server. A good working knowledge of SQL is imperative and candidate should also have experience utilizing best practices and have worked with industry standard design patterns.

Preferred Soft Skills:

The ideal candidate should be able to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences, including but not limited to team members, management, supervisors, and clients regarding design and issues. If you have strong leadership and problem solving skills and possess the ability to multi-task and thrive in flexible and changing environments, then you possess the special skills that will make you a successful part of our team.

Educational Information:

A college degree is preferred by not required.
