Preferred Technical Skills:

The ideal candidate will have strong development experience utilizing ASP.Net and VB.Net and should be well versed in the fundamentals of the Microsoft .Net environment. Experience working on n-tier enterprise web applications and a solid understanding of the .Net architecture. Should have good working knowledge of object oriented concepts and application design principles, logical and physical modeling concepts and tools, including the use of UML. This position requires a strong background using development tools such as Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET and MS SQL Server. Experience with search and/or ranking algorithms is a major plus.

A good working knowledge of SQL is imperative and candidate should also have experience utilizing best practices and have worked with industry standard design patterns.

The ideal candidate should be able to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences, including but not limited to team members, management, supervisors, and clients regarding design and issues. Educational Information:

A college degree is preferred by not required.
