Health Insurance
Every employee is offered full health insurance coverage through
COSE / Medical Mutual of Ohio. This cost is covered 100% by
Briteskies with no contributions required from the employees.
FSA / Section 125
Briteskies offers every employee the opportunity to contribute
to the FSA / Section 125 program. The program is offered through
MHM Resources Inc. A flexible spending account allows an employee
use pre-tax income to pay for unreimbursed medical expenses
which results in payroll tax savings for the employee.
Dental Insurance
Dental coverage is offered to every employee through COSE
/ Medical Mutual of Ohio. If desired, dental coverage can
be paid by the employee through payroll deduction on a pre-tax
basis.
Long-Term Disability Insurance
Long-Term Disability Insurance is offered to every employee
through Assurant Employee Benefits. This insurance is covered
100% by Briteskies with no contributions required from the
employees.
Other Benefits
401k
Briteskies offers employees the opportunity to contribute
to our 401k program. The program is offered through Lincoln
Financial Group. Briteskies voluntarily contributes to each
employee’s plan on a yearly basis and we encourage each
employee to participate in this program.
Billable Hour Bonus
Each employee (non-manager) is offered a billable hour bonus
for hours billed to a customer when:
- More than 80 hours are billed during the normal two week
payroll cycle.
- The bonus is paid for the payroll period in which the hours
are worked.
- The bonus amount is equal to the hours billed times the
employee’s regular hourly rate.
Personal Time Off (PTO)
Every employee is granted PTO time based on time worked. Briteskies
currently offers 120 hours (15 days) per year of PTO to each
employee. Also, Briteskies offers 1 floating paid holiday
per year in addition to six standard paid holidays. PTO allowance
increases with seniority.
Sales Training through Sales Concepts
Briteskies is an advocate of the Sales Concepts / David Sandler
sales process. Therefore, every employee is required to attend
Sales Concepts Sales training. This extensive course is entirely
paid for by Briteskies and helps each employee by introducing
them to various concepts involved in sales and interactions
with business peers. Each employee is encouraged to take this
course within the first few weeks of employment to instill
strong skill sets early on. Details on this course can be

Technical Training
Briteskies is an advocate of continual education and encourages
each employee to take advantage of training classes and seminars.
Classes, courses, and seminars that Briteskies has sent our
employees to in the past include: Flash, IBM WebSphere Commerce,
and PHP. We encourage our employees to identify and attend
continual education courses that will complement and assist
in their professional development.
