JD Edwards — OneWorld

Below is a sampling of our experiences with JD Edwards OneWorld software.

Vehicle Outfitter – OneWorld, Oracle running on HP9000 with Citrix server. A Briteskies consultant joined this project just before go-live, and took it through to completion country-wide. We improved processes, including configuring and implementing auto cash application and automated bank reconciliations. We also resolved problems in distribution and provided for all reporting needs ensuring a successful roll-out.

Chemical Distributor – OneWorld, Oracle running on Sun Solaris with Citrix server. When Briteskies consultants joined the project team, they immediately began resolving new and outstanding issues in distribution and accounts receivable, including work flow messaging, EDI, and data replication to a third-party CRM package.

Extended Stay Lodging – OneWorld Software, AS/400 with Citrix Server. A Briteskies consultant served as the project manager for the implementation of OneWorld financials at a provider of Extended-Stay Lodging services.

Consumer Products Manufacturing and Distribution – A OneWorld client expanded into Canada and needed to activate multi-currency. Briteskies led the conversion of financial files, the configuration of the environment, and implemented balance currency restatement to provide consolidated financial statements.
